Seed Release Notes: The Edit Machine Page, Spotlight Reports, and Maps are Blooming!

Summer is here, the flowers are in full bloom, and so are our new Seed Releases! In these release notes, the Edit Machine Page gets a tune-up to allow you to edit all device types on a single page. Our Maps feature in Scheduling is easier to use, and Spotlight Reports are now more powerful than ever.

WHAT’S NEW

New Feature: The Edit Machine Page

This release includes a feature that enables operators to configure and edit Seed, ePort, and 3rd party devices, all from a single page. This change will streamline your workflow and save you time.

New Update: The Maps Feature in Scheduling

You can now select individual or multiple routes to compare side-by-side, and the Machine Map page now displays machines with a wider variety of colors. This makes it easier to compare location points between two or more of your routes.

New Update: Upgraded Spotlight Reports

Spotlight can now run reports on how many machines were Scheduled verse Visited, All Sales by Driver for micro markets, and more!

Additional Updates:

  • Seed Delivery:  Now includes a new payment term option “Due Upon Receipt” to permit accounts to pay upon receipt.
  • Seed Delivery: The “Customer Code” or “Location Code” will now be printed on an invoice according to the “Send Invoices To” setting on the Location.
  • Seed Delivery: Invoices for Customers/Locations that were set to “Print Only” now have an option to “re-send via email”.
  • All: Moving an “asset” to the “Next Schedule” no longer creates a duplicate transfer of product in the warehouse.
  • All: In the Seed Coin Counter App, Discarded/Duplicate” bag counts no longer disappear when exiting the application.
  • Seed Markets: Kiosks now properly calculate “Expected Collections” in cases where data is delayed from the micro market Provider.
