If you have recently deactivated a device and have no plans to replace it with another, make sure to unlink the device and undeploy the asset in your VMS.
For Seed users: Log into Seed and undeploy the Asset ID to sever the connection or the system will continue to bill for VDI.
As 3G sunsets, we want to remind you that you can no longer return a non-functioning 3G device for repair, replacement, or credit. We advise you to upgrade all 3G devices to 4G LTE in the coming year.
