New Feature! Faster Transfers in Seed Live

Our customers can now start the device transfer process in Seed Live instead of calling or emailing customer service. This will speed up the transfer process by ensuring the seller of the device authorizes its release and that all pertinent information is entered to streamline the transfer process.

No Longer Accepting Returns on 3G Devices

As 3G sunsets, we want to remind customers that they can no longer return a non-functioning 3G device for repair, replacement, or credit. We advise customers to upgrade all 3G devices to 4G LTE in the coming year.
