If you are needing to return a Cantaloupe device, log into the RMA Portal to:
• Create an RMA
• Track an RMA
• Status of your RMA

Changes in deactivating your devices
Are you looking to reactivate a previously deactivated card reader?
Starting from 6/6/2023, the $10 per device fee will apply to all reactivations.
