New Self-Service Features

Cantaloupe is releasing new self-service tools each month to help its customers optimize their business operations.

Did you know you can add or delete a bank account in Seed Live?

To add: 

Simply login to Seed Live, click on Configuration > Bank Accounts > select [New Bank Account], and follow the steps to add banking information.

To delete:

Select Configuration > Bank Accounts > then scroll to the bottom of the page and select [Delete Account].


Reminder! Password Reset Alerts

You will start receiving emails from Cantaloupe reminding you to reset your password. These emails will be sent 30 days, 10 days, and 1 day before your password expires. Make sure to whitelist this email address to avoid missing your email alerts: seedlive@cantaloupe.com.
