What are the upfront costs?

The upfront costs for a Yoke POS purchased under the Cantaloupe ONE Platform subscription is $0 dollars. Customers select the package that applies to their business, we ship the POS terminal and monthly subscription fees start on the next bill cycle. New customers are subject to a credit check.

What is the length of the subscription?

Cantaloupe ONE subscriptions are contracted for 36 months. Upon the 37 month, the customer will go month-to-month. New contract renewal options will be made available for the customer to participate in.

Is Cantaloupe ONE’s monthly subscription the only payment plan option?

We also offer the option to purchase our Yoke POS terminals. If a customer chooses to purchase the POS terminal, they are still subject to the standard monthly service fees.

What if I need a cellular package with my Yoke POS, how does that work?

Every package has the option to bundle in cellular, Wi-Fi, or the cash acceptance feature. Please inquire with our sales team to learn more about your package options based on your business need. 

Can the Yoke POS terminal and services be transferred if a business closes or is sold?
