Malvern, PA., August 19, 2026 — Cantaloupe, a 365 Retail Markets company, and Weweimi (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. today announced the signing of a services agreement to integrate and certify Weweimi’s AI-enabled Smart Cooler technology for use with Cantaloupe’s Seed Pro and Seed Markets software platforms.
Weweimi’s North American technology and commercialization entity, SenseBox, LLC, supports the deployment and expansion of its Smart Cooler solutions in North America. SenseBox solutions are distributed exclusively in North America by Automated Services International, Inc. (ASI) under the BRITE by ASI™ brand.
ASI President Joe Loparco and SenseBox Director Larry Akramongkolrojn led the agreement negotiations, with ongoing support from Adam Cook of 365 Retail Markets.
