This accessories list has been created in order to provide an overview of all the accessories available for the ePort Engage and their general function. For more information on which machine makes and models may require accessories to support the Engage, please read our compatibility guide here.

¾” Riser Kit

Part Number: CSTL47119120 (Figure A)

Used When:

  • Swipe does not clear face of machine
  • Engage device being mounted in front of Bill validator
    • Examples: Royal 660, Dixie Narco 501, Vendo 540
  • Clearance issue between the connectors on the reader and the vending machine
    • Examples: Automation Products AP6000/7000
  • Machine already has so many holes in it, the proper holes can’t be drilled accurately (Figure B). Drilling Template (Figure C) shows the size and placement of mounting holes to drill, allowing existing cable holes to be used.

3’ MDB Extension Cable

Part Number: CSTL41500330 (figure D)

Used When:

  • Engage device is mounted more than 12” from MDB connection.
    • Examples: HVV beverage machines where reader is mounted on the upper left hand of door. Vendo HVV machines when button elimination kit is used
  • Supplied 12” cable pulls machine wires to an unsatisfactory spot
    • Examples: National 150/160 series snack machines

Zero Voltage Dex Cable

Part Number: CSTL41500000 (Figure E)

Used When:

  • This cable is required on all Vendo model beverage machines and All Automatic Product snack machines that still utilizes the factory AP VMC boards
  • Machines that have updated to Venders Exchange and InOne VMC boards do not require this cable

10’ MDB Extension Cable

Part Number: VXMUC0101191 (Figure F)

Used When:

  • Used when the device is mounted on the door of the machine and the bill acceptor and changer are mounted in the cabinet. The cable will need to run across the door and cabinet to reach the port
    • Examples: Automatic Products AP6000/7000/110/120/130 series snack machines

10’ Dex Extension Cable

Part Number: VXDUC0101263 (Figure G)

Used When:

  • When the reader is mounted on the door and the Dex port is mounted in the cabinet. The cable will need to run across the door and cabinet to reach the port.
    • Examples: Automatic Products AP6000/7000/110/120/130 series snack machines. Some AP Studio and Snackshop models will need this cable. Vendo Vue glass front vender will need this cable when the Dex connection is in the lower right side of door

3’ Antenna Extension Cable

Part Number: 5100 (Figure J)

Used When:

  • The antenna requires to be mounted to the top of the machine. If you find that it needs to be mounted on top of the door, you may find that the depth of the door is too narrow and will need to mount the antenna inside the cabinet. If your situation requires that you mount your Engage device below the bill acceptor, the 6’ cable that is attached may be short
    • Examples: Automatic Products AP100 series
