Now introducing Menu 2.0, a new and improved ‘Menu’ interface in PWA. The upgrade enables partners to save time and stay organized, removing tedious clicks when building menus.
Utilize the ‘Catalog’ tabs as a universal home base across all revenue centers. In addition to SKUs, you can now copy menus, menu categories and modifier groups across locations. Instead of individually creating menus, you can pick and choose which new or existing menus, modifiers and menu categories belong in any given revenue center.
Use this feature to exclude items from a discount at checkout, ensuring consistent pricing for premium items without adjusting specific discounts in the cart.
Use your PWA login credentials to access the SWA Admin Portal. Edit, create, or remove pre-orders from your desktop to advance sales, streamline order timelines, and improve guest satisfaction. Apply saved payment types or House Account to existing and new orders. The new “late Pre-order” feature lets admins add pre-orders (using the Pre-order or Game Day menu) after the pre-order window closes. Admins can also view order details and change orders or payment methods in the Orders tab via desktop.
Integrate charity donations into your guest POS flow, encouraging users to round up transactions and donate to your chosen charity. All donations appear in the new “Donations” column of the sales report.
Customize your guest Saved Value Credits (SVC) from PWA at your convenience, enhancing admin capability to manage customer profiles and account credits.

As an admin, assign multiple revenue centers to any vendors’ reporting access. This lets business owners managing several locations at one festival or event view all locations in a single reporting portal.
