Summary Sales Report

The summary sales report allows users and attendants to quickly view sales, cash and tips by device without requiring server pins. You can ‘Print’ the data as a checkout procedure with staff, or ‘Reset’ the Summary Sales report when a new shift/server starts. This feature streamlines the cash out process & allows convenient access to high-level reporting data.

Customize Pre-Order Text Messages

Setting a pre-set message with information such as pickup instructions and location will streamline online ordering and encourage guests to re-order due to ease of use. Reach out to your Customer Success manager to learn more.

Custom Discount

Instead of scrolling through long lists of discounts, users can now apply a custom discount for any % or $ amount to any transaction. You can also use this when you have one-off discounts instead of creating and saving them to the system. You have the option to enable the admin pin as a requirement to use this feature.

Member Database

Does your venue have an exclusive area with a consistent list of ‘regulars’? If so, this feature is for you! The Member Database, managed in PWA, creates Member profiles and hosts guest profiles (payment details, contact information, special requests, etc.) in one place so servers can seamlessly access relevant guest information on the spot. When creating a new member profile, users are required to enter at least the members name and member number (client-generated). Reach out to your CHEQ representative for more information.

Sales by Device Report

Reconcile your cash and sales by matching the totals on the new ‘Sales by Device’ report to the Summary Sales Report generated on your device.
