B&P Vending Automates Vending Operations with Cantaloupe Systems

B&P Vending brought all the verticals of their operations under one roof of the Cantaloupe Seed suite of products and experienced phenomenal business gains.  With Seed Pro, B&P has reduced customer complaints by at least 75%, has seen a significant decrease in daily bring backs and has greatly improved merchandising by knowing exactly what is in each machine at any given time.  They’ve found the Seed Cashless devices to be much more reliable and the ability to login to SeedTech to verify malfunction calls is a big plus. On the OCS side of the business, Seed Delivery and going paperless has saved them a tremendous amount of time with regard to Purchase Orders and Ordering and has improved their warehouse inventory controls as well.
