The 32market.com website will begin redirecting to the Cantaloupe website, and the 32M storefront will redirect to the Cantaloupe online store. If you previously used the 32M store to order product, you will be able to do so on the Cantaloupe store.

There will be no updates made to the legacy 32M portal. However, access to login will become restricted. If you still regularly use the portal, we encourage you to bookmark the URL in your browser.

WebV3 32M Portal

WebV3 32M Portal

The WebV3 32M portal will be officially updated as the Cantaloupe Go portal, with new branding and color scheme. Your user experience should otherwise remain unchanged. We are also making some new enhancements and will provide training videos to showcase the portal updates.

If you are using the default screens on your kiosks, expect to see those screens reflect the new Cantaloupe Go branding and color scheme. The kiosk user experience will otherwise remain unchanged. Kiosk updates may take some time to populate once changes are pushed live. This won’t require any downtime for your equipment.

The Three Square Market mobile app will be officially updated as the Cantaloupe Go app. For anyone who’s already installed the app on their phone, the change will happen automatically. We have provided digital and printable assets for you to share these updates with your locations and customers.

How will these updates affect me?

For the most part, very little. Most of the changes we’re making with the update to Cantaloupe Go branding and color schemes. Your user experience will not otherwise be affected. 

How will these changes affect my customers?

For the most part, not at all. The kiosk and app updates will happen automatically and should not affect how they log into or use their market accounts. 

When are all these changes happening?

January 15th. Many of the updates will happen seamlessly, but the kiosk updates may take time to reflect across all of your equipment. 

Should I expect any downtime on my kiosks or backend systems?

None of these updates will require any downtime on your equipment or restrict access to your online dashboards.  

How should I communicate the 32M app updates to my customers?

We have put together email communications and PDF documents (both digital and printable) that you can use to let your customers or location management know of these upcoming changes. You can download the full package of assets here. 

How do I “bookmark” a URL?

Follow these instructions to bookmark a URL in Google Chrome or Firefox: 

  1. Open your browser. 
  2. Go to the webpage you want to bookmark. 
  3. Click the star icon on the right side of the address bar. 
  4. Name the bookmark. 
  5. Select the folder you want the webpage to be saved to. 
  6. Click “Done” to bookmark the webpage. 

Follow these instructions to bookmark a URL in Safari: 

  1. Open your browser. 
  2. Go to the webpage you want to bookmark. 
  3. Click the Share button in the top-right corner of the window.
