What is Cantaloupe’s Trade Up Program?

It’s our trade-in program that provides you with a zero-cost option to upgrade to the leading edge of micro market technology, while lowering their fees at the same time. The Trade Up Program brings your technology up to date and helps you scale your micro market business in a cost-friendly way.

How does it work?

First, identify how many competitor units you are looking to replace and work with a Cantaloupe representative to set up your Order.

Once you sign the Order, your replacement kiosks will start shipping, and billing will commence on the following month’s bill cycle.

Our team will work to support market card transfers from the legacy competitor system to your new micro market management system. We will need a list of the employee names, emails (optional), and balance from date of transfer. You’ll want to coordinate this date with our team so we can assign you a Cantaloupe Support person to handle the transition with your customers.

What are the terms?

Cantaloupe’s Trade UP Program requires a 36-month agreement, with automatic month-to-month terms starting on month 37. Standard agreement and term rates apply.

Offer is only valid for Yoke POS/POS+, Express Lite, and Junior Executive kiosks. Limited quantity available. Not eligible for replacement of any current Yoke or Three Square Market kiosk. Orders must be received by Feb 28, 2023 to receive offer. Exclusions may apply. Talk to a Cantaloupe representative for details.

How long does the Trade Up process take?

We will ship your kiosks within 3 – 5 business days from the date the merchant account has been established. Once received, you can start working with our team to set up market card holder information to transfer, and easily start swapping kiosks in the field.

When does my monthly bundled fee start?

Your monthly fee will start on the next month’s billing cycle from when the kiosk(s) ship. This means if your kiosks ship in February, then your billing will start in the March bill cycle.
