A: Yes, existing MDB cables and extensions used on ePorts and Seed devices are compatible with the Engage Combo.

Q: My drivers DEX with a handheld when they service a machine (not using Seed VMS), do I need any special accessories?

A: Yes, you will need a DEX Y Cable to enable this functionality for drivers. Please refer to our Accessories List for more details on the cable.

Q: Are all bill validators compatible with the Engage Combo device?

A: Combo units are compatible with most MEI bill validators. The Combo is also compatible with the CoinCo Vantage bill validator system.
