If you are needing to return a Cantaloupe device, log into the RMA Portal in Seed Live to:
• Create an RMA
• Track an RMA
• Status of your RMA
Click here to log into the RMA Portal. Select device management, then RMA.

Are you looking to reactivate a previously deactivated card reader?
Starting from 6/6/2023, a $10 per device fee will apply to all reactivations.
