WHAT’S NEW

New Feature: Maps added to Seed Delivery

The maps feature has been added to the Delivery Point Detail page in Seed Delivery to let you track where your delivery points are located.

New Update: New Fields to Track Inventory on Warehouse Levels page

Multiple new fields have been added to the Warehouse Levels page to help improve inventory tracking.

New Update: “Total Par” is now editable in Merchandising Wizard

Customers can now edit and adjust the ‘Par’ on the same page. This improves the user experience and saves time.

New Update: Seed Sync Enhancements

Seed Sync has added multiple new functionalities to make integrating your systems with Seed more seamless.

Additional Updates:

  • The Change Par field has returned to the Machine Edit page.
  • Moving forward, a Reference Number change on a delivery point will only apply to orders.
  • The “Bill To” name displayed on a Delivery Invoice now matches what is selected under “Send Invoice To”. Previously, the Customer’s name would be displayed regardless of if “Send Invoice To” was set to “Customer” or “Location”.
  • In Spotlight Reporting, Delivery Invoices now include the Master Invoice Number, if applicable.
  • The “Notes” section in the PDF version of a Delivery Invoice is now properly formatted with line-breaks.
  • “All Sales By Visit” and “All Sales By Visit / Item / Pack” reports have been updated to correctly show visit data for micro markets.
  • When pulling a vending machine from the field, Values in Custom Fields will be retained.
  • When pulling a vending machine from the field, Values in Commission Plan, Tax Jurisdiction, External System Id, and Management Company/Account/Machine Code will be cleared
